Take part in a unique opportunity to join an intensive business trip where you’ll elevate your padel game to entirely new levels. During the journey, strong cross-border relationships will be built across Øresund, filled with business inspiration—and plenty of padel!
We’re traveling to Torroella De Montgrí in Catalonia—a region rich in history, culture, a pleasant climate, and many local experiences. Our base will be a large, charming, and newly renovated house in traditional Spanish style with five double rooms, as well as Hotel Palau Lo Mirador—just a stone’s throw from the house.
You’ll build close relationships and explore business opportunities across Øresund. You’ll experience the vibrant and fascinating Catalan culture, enjoy lots of padel, and help strengthen First Tee Øresund—another bridge between Denmark and Sweden. Jesper and Lars will be your sparring partners throughout the trip. Jesper has run his own business for 26 years, works as an executive coach for leaders worldwide, and chairs several company boards. Lars has worked in the Øresund region for over 30 years and has a unique understanding of the cultural differences between the two countries.
We foster community through both golf and padel. This trip combines both activities in a fun and educational way—with a focus on the short game in golf and high-level padel training. Play and train with Javier Escalante, who was ranked among the world’s top 15 padel players just a few years ago. Play and receive short-game golf training from local pro Richard Jackson, who speaks Scandinavian languages, at Gualta—a fantastic par-3 course. Together with our top coaches, we’ll create inspiring and memorable moments. No matter your experience level, you’ll enjoy a truly unique experience.
